When designing and manufacturing feeders, we ensure maximum reliability and performance. That’s why we test each product for 50,000 parts fed without stopping. The parts that come into contact with the screws have a special surface treatment for long lifespan. JHV feeders have a high feeding performance for maximum machine productivity.
LOW NOISE AND AIR CONSUMPTION
Ambient noise minimization is ensured by a noise cover that each feeder is equipped with. In addition, minimum noise level is ensured by feeder controller with frequency and signal shape that are optimized for minimal noise. Feeder controller is designed by JHV. We use almost exlusively mechanical principles for parts orientation, so without air nozzles. As a result, the feeder saves both energy and money.

SOLUTION FOR COMPLEX PARTS
For parts that are not geometrically suitable for a vibratory tray, a step feeder is often the solution. It can feed screws with a centre of gravity inside the head, long screws, or other special parts.
QUIET AND GENTLE FEEDING
The step feeder has a very quiet operation due to the minimal oscillating mass. The parts are lifted from magazine on the bar, thus minimizing their mutual abrasion and possible damage from being in the hopper.

HOPPERS
We supply the filling systems in two, five and ten litre capacities, and in three versions: a pneumatically driven dossier, a dossier with belt conveyor and a dossier with belt conveyor and bottom filling. Thanks to wide portfolio we can find perfect match between price and operator comfort.
CLEANING AND MEASURING
Screw cleaning and measuring can be added as an option to all feeder types. The screw measurement checks the length of each screw, and automatically sorts out – ‘NOK’ – screw. Screw cleaning is designed for applications in clean enviroment and removes dust before screwing in the part.
PICKING STATION
In the manual version, a specified number of screws is fed into the palm of the operator who then manually screws them in. In the automatic variant, the screws are prepared in a nest from which the manipulator picks them up using a vacuum or a magnetic bit.
ADVANCED – COMMISIONED SYSTEM WITH PLC CONTROL
This system is also available in the ADVANCED variant, i.e., as a complete and stand alone system. It includes the frame, the PLC cabinet, the valve terminal, and other accessories. The plant is completely commisioned, tested and ready for use immediately.

VARIABLE FREQUENCY AND AMPLITUDE
The JHV feeder controller allows for seamless adjustment of both amplitude and frequency (45-105 Hz). The feeder can thus be tuned on site for optimum operation without adjusting the magnet springs. We also supply a two-channel variant for the bowl feeder and bar from a single controller. Thanks to the electrical current control, the vibration amplitude remains constant even when the magnet changes temperature.
COMFORTABLE TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL
Setting of all parameters of the feeder controller is done through a touch screen. This is portable between the individual controllers, and thus it is not necessary to purchase one for each controller in the line. The device can also be equipped with an ethernet interface, and the frequency and amplitude parameters can be changed via communication directly from the machine PLC.
